   German safe conduct pass directed at Soviet soldiers and commanders 

   where delivered in many ways. Each Propaganda item - leaflet ( Russian

   named “Ëèñòîâêà” ) have number appears at the bottom right(or left) of

   the face (text) side. This number identified the leaflet to German

   soldiers who could not read the Russian text. Similar systems were

   used by most belligerents. Also Soviet Russia (see below). Please see
